The Final Stage TL Type S

One Known As

Previously you’ve seen this car in its previous form as a purple TL on white GMR Ceasers.

What’s Changed?

While most of the bones are still in place, the outcome and results are way different from before. A major change of course is the color combination, from a purple wrap and white wheels to a deep, dark green and chrome wheels for that extra bling. You may also notice that this setup is drastically lower than previously. Jon has decided to make the car somewhat “more functional” and appealing. So why not bag the car? While yes, the camber is the wild factor, the previous suspension with just normal 8K springs was not going to cut it for the fitment of 11 wide wheels. And while yes, you can just increase the spring rate or go for a more proper valve strut option, Jon knew at the end of the day he wants this car to be daily-able at some point.

What’s Next?

You may already see the carbon hood that was added on right before this shoot… while most of the Artwork Bodyshop is staying, Jon doesn’t want to say too much, but a whole different style is coming, which includes removing the tilt.

Jon’s Story

While building this car, I’ve been fascinated with the wrapping process so much that I started running my side business (JB Auto Design) as a passion of mine. I have no idea where it will take me, but I’m ready for the journey. – Jon
